After receiving in November 2021 at the Brussels Beer Challenge the Bronze medal for PILS BIOLITHICS, we received today at the Challenge Millésime BIO Challenge Millésime Bio :
Bronze Medal for SAISON BIOLITHICS
Silver medal for IPA (west coast) BIOLITHICS
Silver Medal for Dew BIOLITHICS
The year is off to a good start for our ORGANIC beers!
Organic beers from Belgo Sapiens Brewers, gamma Biolithics is composed with 4 Organic farming beers.
Rosée is a light beer and slightly sugary (no addedsugar post fermentation) decorated with raspberry and Elderberry Syrup.

Pils from the Biolithics range is brewed with 100% Belgian hops. It knows a dry hopping which gives it aromatic punch and freshness.

The Saison of the Biolithics range brewed with 100% Belgian hops is distinguished by both a nice refreshing bitterness, a mixture of 4 cereals which pays homage to this «farmhouse» ale and a typicity of its yeast which is also characteristic of this variety of beer.

Organic beers from Belgo Sapiens Brewers, gamma Biolithics is composed with 4 Organic farming beers.
The Biolithics range IPA nods to 3 generations of IPA. Generously hopped with 3 hops that marked the development of this type of beer, we used Cascade, Amarillo and Ekuanot hops for our multiple hopping stages including dry hopping. Faced with this abundance of lupulin, a malted balance has been precisely studied to find balance in the mouth
