Rosée is a light beer and slightly sugary (no addedsugar post fermentation) decorated with raspberry and Elderberry Syrup.

The Saison of the Biolithics range brewed with 100% Belgian hops is distinguished by both a nice refreshing bitterness, a mixture of 4 cereals which pays homage to this «farmhouse» ale and a typicity of its yeast which is also characteristic of this variety of beer.

The Biolithics range IPA nods to 3 generations of IPA. Generously hopped with 3 hops that marked the development of this type of beer, we used Cascade, Amarillo and Ekuanot hops for our multiple hopping stages including dry hopping. Faced with this abundance of lupulin, a malted balance has been precisely studied to find balance in the mouth
